Innovative R&D Team
GuB’s R&D team focuses on improving the safety and energy-density of primary and rechargeable lithium battery. GuB’s R&D also explores the future of fast charging and high pulse discharging technologies.

For GuB, one of the most important success factors is our skills and knowledge in demanding product development projects, which are carried out in cooperation with our customers. GuB’s R&D knowledge is demonstrated both by its ability to optimize the devices to be designed for mass production and by creating new technological battery pack solutions with environmental friendly.

Laboratory
GuB is equipped with comprehensive laboratory facilities that combine the functions of material development and verification test. We have a central laboratory, a battery simulation laboratory, an advanced material synthesis laboratory, and a process control laboratory. These laboratories are using world leading R&D and test equipment.

Adhering to the vision of high quality, the company performs the following various reliability tests for all new models of products:

Cycle life test
High and low temperature discharge test
Discharge test at different C rate
Constant humility and temperature test
Self-discharge test at different temperatures
Over charge test
Over discharge test

Short circuit test
Heat shock test
Punch test
Pressure test
1.2M drop test
Nail penetration

We have a number of lithium battery PACK production lines, aging, capacity division and other production equipment and a large number of experienced industrial workers.
